1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number, and delivery address) is accurate and belongs to you or the intended recipient.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

• All prices on the Site are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual color or packaging may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or manufacturer changes.
• We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability of products at any time without prior notice.
• In the rare case a product is out of stock after you’ve ordered it, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a partial order, or a full refund/cancellation.

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may contact you by phone or SMS to confirm your order before it is shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if we suspect fraud, if the delivery address is unreachable, or if a pricing/listing error occurred.

4. Payment

Depending on availability for your area, you may pay using:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash to our delivery partner when your order arrives.
• bKash — manual payment to our bKash number, verified using the transaction ID you provide.

For bKash/Nagad payments, your order is confirmed only after we verify the transaction. We do not store your mobile financial services PIN or password — never share it with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from our team.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Bangladesh through third-party courier partners.
• Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed — they can be affected by your location, weather, courier delays, or public holidays.
• Please inspect your package in front of the delivery person where possible, and report any visible damage or a wrong item immediately.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

7. Order Tracking

You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the phone number used at checkout.

• Place orders with no genuine intention of accepting or paying for them
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
